ROCKVILLE, Md., July 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Washington REIT's Board of Trustees announced today a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share to be paid on September 30, 2014 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2014.

This is Washington REIT's 211th consecutive quarterly dividend.
