Washington Real Estate Investment Trust Announces 188th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend
ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WRIT's Board of Trustees announced today a quarterly dividend of $.4325 per share to be paid on December 31, 2008 to shareholders of record on December 17, 2008.
This is WRIT's 188th consecutive quarterly dividend at equal or increasing rates. WRIT dividends have increased every year for 38 consecutive years.
WRIT is a self-administered, self-managed, equity real estate investment trust investing in income-producing properties in the greater Washington metro region. WRIT owns a diversified portfolio of 92 properties consisting of 27 office properties, 22 industrial/flex properties, 17 medical office properties, 14 retail centers, 12 multi-family properties and land for development.
