Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan

ELME offers shareholders and prospective shareholders the opportunity to participate in our Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan, or DRIP, pursuant to which ELME's shareholders have the ability to reinvest all or a part of their dividends on ELME shares, into additional shares of ELME. The plan also provides the opportunity to make optional cash investments of at least $100, but not more than $300,000 per year in shares of ELME.
